Our workshops have been designed out of a passion to support small businesses. We have been there. We have been that small business who couldn’t afford to recruit all the positions we dreamed of or the agency to work with – and so our workshops are designed to give you the basic knowledge and skills to market your own business. Each workshop is delivered by our Managing Director, Gemma, and Marketing Director, Alex, whom have 30 + years of ‘hands on’ marketing experience between them.
Each workshop can be attended as a one-off or as a series (if attending every workshop, we recommend you attend them in the order they’re listed).

It has been designed to teach you the fundamentals of marketing and how to get going with ‘the basics’ – and for most, the basics are just enough to make a difference …

HOW TO IDENTIFY YOUR TARGET AUDIENCE (to get the best out of your marketing efforts)
Synopsis:
So many businesses say ‘everyone is my target audience’ – but the truth is, without managing to break this down in to categories (you can have several pools of target audience!), your marketing will have little effectiveness. Everybody might be your target audience, but give us 3 hours and we’ll teach you how to break this down by identifying your primary audience(s) to ensure your marketing efforts are successful.

Synopsis:
Where are you now and where do you want to be? That’s the crooks of this workshop. And we are super motivated for you to leave this session with the tools needed to write that strategic plan so that you’re ‘where you want to be’ sooner rather than later.

HOW TO CREATE GREAT CONTENT (from scratch!) + a Communications Plan
Synopsis:
So what is content writing anyway?! Well unfortunately, if you want to achieve anything with your marketing efforts in today’s day, you do need to consider your content (the written stuff!).
This workshop will support you to create the best content you can possibly create. That doesn’t mean we all have to be natural writers – far from it – but it will provide the tools necessary to support you in this essential area of your marketing.

Learn how to use this FREE platform called social media, to promote your business effectively. And for those who think it’s all got a bit confusing, we promise you, this workshop will bring it back to the basics (which is all you really need)
